Distinguished from red-laser DT35 variants, this unit adopts an 827 nm infrared Class 1 laser source with zero mandatory laser safety guarding requirements, fully compliant with IEC 60825-1 standards. It delivers stable readings on low-reflectivity targets down to 6% remission, with five adjustable response speed modes to match high-speed conveying or static level measurement. Integrated dual push-pull digital outputs, switchable 4–20 mA / 0–10 V analog signals and IO-Link V1.1 intelligent communication support remote parameterization and real-time diagnostic logging. The reinforced ABS/PC block housing carries IP65/IP67 ingress protection, tolerating wide temperature fluctuations, coolant splashes and workshop dust accumulation, widely deployed in logistics, packaging, automotive assembly and food processing production lines.
