This unit integrates four independent sensing components: pH glass electrode, Ag/AgCl double-junction reference electrode, solid platinum ORP grounding pin, and Pt1000 temperature probe. The double-junction PTFE porous reference barrier blocks heavy metal, sulfide and surfactant contamination to extend sensor service life. Non-refillable polymer saturated KCl electrolyte eliminates routine refilling maintenance. The IP67 fully sealed housing resists splash, dust and moderate chemical vapors, while the FPS adapter enables quick sensor insertion/removal from standard process immersion fittings without full pipeline shutdown.
